GAS Log is operated by Had A Farm LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company.

By creating an account or using GAS Log (gaslog.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use GAS Log. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Had A Farm LLC.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GAS Log. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use GAS Log.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of other people without their consent.
You may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.
What you own:
You retain ownership of all content you submit to GAS Log, including gear photos, gear descriptions, notes, and practice session data (your content).
License you grant us:
By submitting content to GAS Log, you grant Had A Farm LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating GAS Log. This includes displaying your public gear on your profile page and in the community feed.
Restrictions on commercial use:
Your content may not be used by third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit written consent. This includes but is not limited to: pick companies, gear manufacturers, retailers, or any other commercial entity using your profile photos, gear listings, or username in advertising, marketing materials, social media, or any other commercial context. Had A Farm LLC will not license your content to third parties for commercial use without your consent.
Content you are responsible for:
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you post, including photos, and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Content we may remove:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or that we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.
You agree not to use GAS Log to:
Your username must not contain, reference, or suggest content that is vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing. This includes but is not limited to slurs targeting race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability status.
Had A Farm LLC reserves the right to remove, change, or lock any username that violates these standards at any time without notice. If your username is removed, you will be prompted to choose a new one that complies with these terms.
Certain usernames are reserved by Had A Farm LLC and may not be registered, including usernames that impersonate Had A Farm LLC, GAS Log, or its staff.
GAS Log includes a feature that allows users to transfer gear records between accounts. By initiating or accepting a transfer, you agree that the transfer is voluntary and accurate. Had A Farm LLC is not a party to any gear transfer and is not responsible for disputes arising from transfers between users. Transfers within GAS Log are records only and do not constitute a legal sale or conveyance of physical property.
GAS Log uses the Anthropic API to normalize gear names and calculate rarity scores. Rarity scores are based on aggregated data from GAS Log users and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not represent market value, insurance value, or any other financial assessment of your gear. Had A Farm LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of gear normalization or rarity scores.
GAS Log is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide clear notice before any charges apply. Any optional donations or tips processed through Stripe or Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Payment processing is handled by third-party services and subject to their terms.
GAS Log, including its name, logo, design, code, and content created by Had A Farm LLC, is the property of Had A Farm LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The guitar pick logo mark and GAS Log brand are proprietary to Had A Farm LLC.
You may not use the GAS Log name, logo, or brand assets without our written permission.
GAS Log is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Had A Farm LLC does not warrant that GAS Log will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of rarity scores, gear normalization results, or any other user-generated or AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Had A Farm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GAS Log, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of gear records, or reliance on rarity scores or AI-generated content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of GAS Log shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Had A Farm LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Had A Farm LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of GAS Log, your content, or your violation of these terms.
You may delete your account at any time in your account settings. Had A Farm LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use GAS Log ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of GAS Log shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of GAS Log after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using GAS Log and delete your account.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Had A Farm LLC regarding GAS Log and supersede any prior agreements.
